Privacy policy

This page explains what information ORVENA collects when you use the website or the ORVENA app, why, who it is shared with, and how you control it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email, city and address, the products, and the delivery and payment method.
When you create an account: your name, email and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
While you shop: your bag, wishlist, discount code, and chosen currency and language.
In the app: a random device identifier the app creates to keep your bag, and a sign-in token once you sign in. We do not collect your location, contacts or photos.
Short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) to protect the shop from abuse.

To prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, and show its progress.
To keep your bag, account and preferences.
To credit a partner’s commission when you arrive through a partner link or code.
To prevent fraud and protect accounts.
We do not sell your data, and we use no advertising or tracking analytics.

The delivery company: name, phone, address and the amount to collect — only to deliver the order.
Payment gateways (ZainCash, FIB, Qi Card) when you pay online: the order number and amount. Card details are entered on the gateway’s page and never reach us.
The “Help me choose” advisor: what you type to it is sent to the AI provider Anthropic to write the answer. Please do not type personal information into it.
Hosting and protection providers (the shop’s server and Cloudflare) that carry the connection to the site.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Orders are kept as the shop’s business, accounting and tax records.
Your bag and wishlist stay until you remove them or delete your account.
Sign-in sessions expire; app tokens end after 90 days unused, on sign-out, or when the password changes.

You can see your orders in your account or on the order-tracking page.
You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the website: orvenastore.com/en/account/delete. Your wishlist, bag and sign-in details are removed; past orders stay as the shop’s records, no longer linked to you.
